1．KH750Horizontal Motion Conveyor can reach the weight and other effects that other conveyers can not reach.It takes theslow-forward fast-back motion to create a gentle conveying for the products.

2．Conveying chute is easy to clean. Coatings remain on product and don’t build up .There are no hard-to-clean areas on the drive base.

3．Move over 27 tons/hour without bogging down. High drive accelerations deliver the benefits of horizontal motion conveying for products that previously could only be handled by vibratory conveyors. But 750 is faster and more efficient.

4．Gentle slow –forword  fast—back motion safely conveys even the most delicate products with less breakage and coating loss than vibratory conveyors.

5．Synchronizing wheel modular belt drive has few moving parts and requires no preventative maintenance .Quickly replace drive and motor units without removing the pan or top cover

6．KH750 moves products at up to 12 meters/min and operates at lower than 70 decibels,meet related operational standards.

7．Conveying chute is made ino various forms as required. Conveying chute can be made into semi-cylinder shape in the rear and cylinder shape in the front.This type is suitable for seasoning wrapping and Rev-Gate control  distribution system.The tubular shape for conveying the powder can be made into multi-channel,multi-laying-off distribution mouth and the storage silo shape.

8．User-friendly design, all parts and components adopt the ISO standard, to break the monopoly of similar foreign products and spare parts, easy to maintain.

9．According to the customer needs to provide the structure of the positive and negative drive, the door for maintenance of positive and negative direction can be gained ,which applies to space maintanence of different requirements , to make up for the lack of unilateral maintenance door of foreign products, the same machine can achieve positive and negative direction of the conveying.
